    The only reason the schedule 1 drug list includes marijuana is because people of color and counter culture members against the Vietnam war were the primary users. It was in Nixons best interests to make pot and psychedelics illegal because it was making people realize war was bullshit.

      The only reason it stays schedule 1 is because of the private prison system, religious influence and who knows what else… Oh yeah. It also cuts into drug company profits.
