    A lot of software technology seems to be covered by the Second Amendment. Encryption is another technology that governments love to try to regulate.

      True indeed, and that principle seems widely under-appreciated. It’s worth noting, though, that GatGPT is trained to advise in the construction of firearms. So this case is more the 1A backing up the 2A,

        In theory, yes. In practice, it seems the government usually believes the Second Amendment doesn’t exist.
