Folks, this year championship is being crazy so far.

Botafogo leads with 59 points, followed by Gremio Porto Alegre e Palmeiras also with 59, Red Bull Bragantino with 58 and Flamengo 56. After having the best first half ever in the championship where Botafogo won 16 out of 19 games, they’re choking, they had a 13 points lead to the second place. Now what it is going to be good for the final rounds is Botafogo, Redbull Bragantino and Flamengo all have 32 games while Palmeiras and Gremio have 33, besides Botafogo the 4th and 5th placed teams have better chances to grad the lead in the next rounds!

The fight for the title is good but the fight for relegations is better, we have one team already relegated and 3 open spots nobody wants to fill, Coritiba most certainly fill one of them they’re 19th as I write this with 26 points only, Goias 35 points, Cruzeiro, Vasco da Gama and Bahia 37 points, Corinthians and Santos (yes, the Pele’s Santos) with 41 points all 6 teams fight for their Serie A spot next season.
