Excluding ballondor and that, how can ANYONE not drool for Haalands goalscoring ability. This is coming from a Liverpool fan that cant believe the standard of talk around this player.

While an odd website, the reporting is pretty good. This is pre-115 FA charges. Essentially it’s alleged city broke FFP in both UEFA and FA rule sets. UEFA banned them for 2 years from European competition in 2020. Those charges were appealed to CAS and overturned as the charges were either outside statute of limitation or unfounded.
AND, this is important for the FA charges, CAS in the UEFA case (2020) found “City showed “blatant disregard” to the investigation.”
So we have one sporting body who not only charged but sentenced City after violations of FFP. City were able to get out of it, and it’s unlikely that any of us fully understand why (and don’t give me the “it says right there it’s unsubstantiated” bullshit, it’s more complicated than that).
