I have Sky’s Gigafast plan and as you can see from the speed test something is not right. Upload speed is higher than download speed and the advertised download speed is 780-930 Mbps. Lowest speed guaranteed is 600 Mpbs. Upload speed estimate is 85 to 100 Mbps according to Sky. The screenshot was taken on my pixel 6 (which is capable of 300-400mpbs according to other redditors)

I get similar results over WiFi and Ethernet. My laptop has 2.5Gbps WiFi/Ethernet so there should be any hardware issues.

I have optical fibre coming to my garage into openreach modem, plugged into Sky’s hub and that into gigabit switch and then TP-link Archer Ax5400 is connected to Ethernet wall port. Connecting to either TP-link or Sky’s hub gives pretty much exact results.

Any advice/solution would be greatly appreciated. Or is my only viable option to contact my ISP?

I’d bet money you have an ethernet link somewhere that’s only negotiating at 100 mbps. That’s nearly always the case when speed tests. Top out in the 90 mbps range.
