Found it while visiting a sunflower farm. Cat seemed about 1 year old (or younger).
Looks a bit like Amanita muscaria; but it’s white.

Sadly I cannot; I didn’t realize at the time that the base was worth photographing for ID. I’ll remember next time I see something interesting.
