    i read, “bactose” is a very good pill. it’s unfortunately unavailable in my region, so i can’t test it 🙁

      Also be aware that lactose intolerance is not the same thing as lactose allergy. There’s no pill that can help with the latter and milk can fuck you up for several days. So it’s not ”just and upset tummy”. It’s much more complicated than that and some people, though they are only intolerant, the pills still don’t help them at all. Fox example, people with diverticulitis, the pills will not help, the colon will still be gravely upset.

          That’s correct. Milk allergic people often react the same to milk and aged cheese

        No, “bactose” is a product name. It’s bacteria pills that produce lactase. I put a typo in it tho and will try and correct my other comment.

          Lactase is the “ingredient”, so you may find a generic brand. I use lactaid or the kirkland brand but I was able to find lactase in Mexico when we forgot our pills during a trip
