Juventus -> Liverpool

Leeds -> Galatasaray

These are the only examples I’m aware of, what other examples are there?

    Although there’s that passive hate, there’s the São Paulo vs Tigre rivalry that came from the 2012 Sudamericana final. As you may remember, Tigre fled from the game at Morumbi before the second half after conceding two goals on the first half (They claimed security beat them up in the locker room but honestly I think that’s bs). This would be enough to spark some sort of bad blood between the supporters, but two events make it more memorable. This game kick-started the worst moment in São Paulo’s history, to the point where people claimed Tigre had cursed them and that until the second half of that game was played São Paulo would never win anything again. I don’t know about a curse, but that indeed happened, this year both teams faced each other in the group stage of Copa Sudamericana and São Paulo managed to finally win a major title (Brazilian Cup). The other thing is that one of Tigre’s biggest rivals, Chacarita Juniors, is São Paulo’s “brother club” and that game helped bond the supporters even more. So I guess this, as random as it might be, is the biggest rivalry between a Brazilian and an Argentinian club.
