Noob question Why there is a dns ( 192 168 * * ) with my google dns that is my router using? And the most important point, Is it safe to use?
If someone attacked my network would my dns ( 192 168 * * ) be a privacy concern?

Maybe the router is the DNS server for the network, especially if it has content filtering.
iits probably either your router ip or your ISP dns. How did you set the google dns?
I don’t think you have any idea what the words you are using mean.
A DNS server is what matches up numerical IP’s and domain names.
Most people do not run a DNS and instead queries those of google, such as 8.8.8.8
This is what allows the internet to know which IP belongs to which website.
