I don’t think it is realistic, but if they had to go to the Championship, do you think there will be players who want to stay and get up again, or they just look for an other Club? Which club would even be a possibility for the biggest city stars?

Sorry for my english

It’s also a big if that the EFL allow them to participate from League 2 or if they get demoted completely from the Football league.

There’s 2 ways they get demoted. A big enough points deduction that sends them down to the Championship.

Or kicked out the football league and into non-league football. The PL doesn’t have the right to send them straight to the championship (unless they deduct 100 points to guarantee it)

Yeah, this. The Premier League is officially a completely different league from the EFL; transfer between the two is as much a matter of election as it is promotion and relegation. Those elections are basically formalities most of the time, but getting the EFL to accept Moneybags City would be a less trivial exercise.

I’m sure some deal would be done to accommodate them, but it’s not just a unilateral decision for the Premier League.

The Premier League would have to either dock them something like a hundred points (as per your suggestion), or expel them from the league entirely and let the chips fall where they may.
