Performance and battery life aside I got it like 5 hours ago, and honestly it turned the phone (S23 ultra) into an eye sore
The default font looks a bit squished and stretched, the lock screen clock numbers are way too thick and unpleasant to look at, and the pull down menu is an ugly grayish whit 6 options that just take space whit no obvious way to remove
There’s other stuff UI wise that feels slight off but that might be due the font

Surprised (and happy) the Mobile Data button came back tbh, but not a fan of the emojis, other than that, like others have said, the battery life improvement is impressive with screen smoothness enabled and no power saving features active. Coming from an S23 + . I actually like the quick panel layout change though.
For me, face id and fingerprint sensor performance has improved significantly

S23U user here. I don’t like it. Unnecessarily modified quick settings panel, Animation are good but not stable, Stack layout type of recent menu doesn’t work. Unnecessary popup while connecting Bluetooth earbuds. Samsung earbuds play/pause gestures don’t register properly. Camera quality downgrade, Battery life took noticeable hit.
Just update today. My hotspot keeps kicking out connections and shutting itself off. Also, I can no longer hide my hotspot from other devices.
I’d rather go back to the old ui.

My emoji board looks like a Trac phones emoji keyboard… galaxy s23. I’ve had it all but a few hours and I wish I hadn’t updated it

this!!! I despise the bigger Icons like goddammit I already had a theme for my icons downloaded and they’re so big??
they also changed the size and spacing of the folders and I hate it. Literally. Was better before.
The one thing I actually dislike a lot. ^^
The grayscale control panel and arrangement is horrible.
i fixed this by reapplying a custom theme in the Theme Park app
