Need a new phone but could try to wait until s24 ultra comes out. Not sure if I should buy the s23 ultra through the app or wait 2 to 3 months for the s24 ultra release.
I would recommend that you wait till Jan’24 as rumors are that S24 Ultra is coming on 17th Jan’24. The phone honestly looks the same as S23 Ultra and S22 Ultra. You could get a great discount on S23 Ultra if you are not happy with S24 Ultra.
I’m in the same boat OP. Have s22U and not sure. The s23U is the same phone, just much better. Hard to say.

S24U price could be higher, bugs for awhile, 5x zoom (purported), a modest improvement…S23U is a solid phone, no surprises, 10x zoom, good trade in values…

Even if you buy rn with Black Friday deals & feel like upgrading… with trade in values for S23 ultra you’ll be paying like $100 for upgrading to S24 Ultra… which would be fine if you see any feature/update worth paying for

Don’t be an idiot like me, I ordered the s23 ultra exclusive color without paying attention to the warning of it being 5-6 week delivery. Now I probably won’t get the phone until next week FML.
I dunno where you live but I did the same with the Plus and waited exactly 3 weeks to be produced and delivered to Poland, so it’s not that bad, and the graphite looks sick.

Either do it now with the Black Friday sales or wait all the way til mid January is when I read they will announce and start preorders. Honestly with the sales going on now and the incremental upgrade that the S24 will likely be, I’d say go for a phone now.
