What would your reaction be if Ramsdale has a shaky game against Brentford? Would you write him off for the season against Raya? Or would you expect to give him more chances in future and still challenge for his place? Or would you reason it with him not having a start in recent game?
He had shaky games vs West Ham, Man U & Fulham this season and no one seems to have noticed so won’t make any difference
He could save 10 penalties and complete 100/100 passing… he’s not displacing Raya. It doesn’t matter what does in this game, unfortunately.

Not that things can’t change, but as of now nothing can really improve Rammers case at Arsenal. He can only hurt his case. He does well, we already have the best defense in the league. He shits the bed, we already have a better keeper. It’s a horrible situation for Rammers.
