Is this a bug or are we now forced to use airplane mode just to get on wifi? Turning mobile data off still has phone connected to mobile data network.
My mobile data is Verizon Unlimited 5G, so I only get about 30mb down and 6mb up speed if I’m lucky and calls are always cutting in and out at my house. (south of NYC)
My wifi is 800-1200mb down and 400-600mb up. The only way I get decent internet or phone calls on my phone is with wifi.
My family of 3 all has G22
Eee? You have turned on wifi, you show that you are connected to WiFi, you show poor cellular signal and switched off mobile data… What I miss? 🤔
I’m showing what this post is about. Mobile data is switched off and mobile data remains on.
This is how icon of mobile data on look like when they are active. On your screen only wifi6 is active and no mobile data at all, only cellular signal that is normal, until you turn off modem but then you will loose cellular connection so no one will be able to call you…
