Zaza and Baggio’s are the two I normally think of. Both basically sending Italy out of two major tournaments.

    There was a penalty shootout between Dortmund and Bayern in the DFB Pokal semi finals some years ago. Bayern missed all 4, with Lahm and Alonso slipping and missing by a mile identically, Götzes (iirc) shot was saved and Neuer hitting the crossbar with Bayerns final shot.
