Issue is the morons responsible for the recruitment of players, the overpriced contracts offered to mediocre players and having a clear structural plan. Man City have installed World class people and look at their recruitment over the years. Even Kevin Phillips won’t be a loss to them and will be sold for a profit after 2 season of fk all playing time and they likely took that into account.
