Im about to build a small form factor PC. (primarly for gaming)

Is the bent IHS still a thing for Raptor Lake / S ?

My setup:

ROG STRIX B760-I GAMING WIFI & I5 14600KF (on AIO)

From watching Hardware Canucks, Intel yes, AMD no. They observed 2.2-4.5 degrees difference with top air coolers on 14900 iirc. AMD is no difference.
