Raya’s homegrown and better with the age gap not significant, so I don’t think he’s worth more.
Also you have to look at the suitors, are Chelsea going to move on from Rob Sanchez already (He’s also homegrown)? If not there’s not much appetite in the market who can pay a large amount - maybe bar Newcastle if they’ve had enough of Nick Pope’s flipper feet
