Hattrick El Comandante
I didnt wanna say it because maybe i was overreacting but sheesh, it feels like Osasuna are not good at not causing obvious fouls lol. Like, i think there were 2 fouls earlier that were clear (one high kick even if trying to get the ball and then another where one Osasuna player pretty much hugged an opponent) and now this one where they did it too casual the “taking the ball from the defender” with a shove haha.
Could that be a penalty? Because sure Jorgensen got the ball, but like he also got the player right afterwards so it feels like one of those penalties where the goalie gets both player and ball yet it still is given
Geezus! Osasuna almost scored again! Like, that is the fourth shot alone i think Jorgensen has stopped! If this ends 0-0 or in a Villareal win, i think its going to be due to him considering how well the goalie is performing.
He went from one of the worst GKs in the league to one of the best lol.
What a weird match ngl, you would think that Osasuna due to so many shots would be better at the moment than Villarreal, but like, the game feels deadlocked tbh. Because sure, Villarreal can pressure Osasuna when they get out of their box passing a bit, but at the same time Villarreal can´t exactly use their midfield pressure that well to create shots that can be dangerous. Plus that at the moment Osasuna are slowly starting to find a way to get past Villareal´s midfield through the wings even if its not at times the cleanest. It just feels deadlocked at the moment.
Half time, rather clean game even with Osasuna´s fouls considering we had no added time. 0-0 at the moment. Ngl, Villarreal need to play faster down the left and right considering how the last corner they got was due to just outspeeding Osasuna on the counter, combine that with what their midfield pressure is trying to do, and they could just end up overwhelming Osasuna in centers to the box for goals. As in, maybe the midfield goes down with one of the wingers and it causes a 4v2 situation of midfield plus winger vs 2 defenders if that makes sense.
That said they better do that fast because Osasuna near the end of the half has finally managed to find a way to break through the midfield of Villarreal, just do short passes so the pressure is accumulated in one zone and then start doing longer passes to set up for shots or crosses, with shots being the better choice tbh since whenever they tried a cross, for the most part it was kicked away by the defense due to so many players there lol. Anywho yeah, 0-0 at the moment though it feels like Villarreal need ASAP to switch for faster players so that they can score a goal due to having too many players on Osasuna´s box for them to stop the crosses into goals before Osasuna manage to put one past Jorgensen which is seeming likelier at the moment.
1-0 Villarreal! Their first shot and it has gone in! That combination of passes looked smooth! Like, specially the pre assist one considering how there were a lot of Osasuna players near the pre assist player.
DAMN! How was that not a yellow for the Osasuna player! Bro almost kicked the opponent in the head there.
That´s 50/50 i can see it being a penalty for Villarreal due to the shirt pull but i don´t think it counts as a penalty (plus the offside of course) due to lack of force to make the player fall in the box.
Me and my mouth lmao, not even 4 minutes after i say Osasuna have lost their heads, they score a head(er) off a free kick to make it 2-1 lol.
3-1 Villarreal not even like 2 minutes later! Morales with a hattrick and that was one shot alright! Bro fell on his ass to shoot into top corner past two defenders lol
I overslept sadly but let’s go Morales
SEVEN minutes of added time? From where? The match wasnt stopped that much right?
