Wondering if someone can tell me why I now have 2 IP addresses on my machine? x.36 under Ethernet Adapter Ethernet and then x.37 under Ethernet adapter Ethernet 6?

Each network adapter connected to a network will be handed out an IP address by the DHCP server.
My guess. It appears to be a 2nd device, which would have a separate IP address.
Most importantly, remove this image. Never show your IP address. Someone can easily access your network.
Do an ipconfig /all and get the Mac addresses of the adapters. Then do a Mac vendor lookup on them to see what they are. You seem to have a pretty big local subnet.
