Their team is currently in transition, but with assembly of young stars like Vini, Rodrygo, Bellingham, Endrick, Camavinga, Tchouameni, Valverde, Militao, Guler and potentially Davies + Mbappe in 2024 may get them more CL wins in this decade alone!

Highly unlikely bc Barcelona and Real Madrid has benefited from duopoly league title.
Liverpool is actually closer and can overcome Madrid if they have owner who is rich cash and has +40 USD Billion Net Worth the same case applied to Bayern in my opinion
Regarding Man City…I think they need consistent but if Real Madrid only won 15 ucl while City has 4-5 ucl before 2030. Then City is also a high candidate
