Die Übertragung der Stimmrechts-Mehrheit von Dietmar Hopp (83) an den TSG 1899 Hoffenheim e.V. ist abgeschlossen. Nach der Zustimmung des Finanzamts hat nun die DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga GmbH (DFL) den geänderten Gesellschaftervertrag angenommen. Damit ist die seit 1. Juli 2015 geltende Ausnahmegenehmigung aufgehoben und die TSG Hoffenheim wieder in den Kreis der „50+1“-Regelklubs zurückgekehrt.

And Schalke and Hamburg deserve to be in the 2nd league for the way they’ve been managed over the years. Hoffenheim being in the Bundesliga doesn’t change how they’ve ended up.
