I own a S23 and I’ve read everywhere that by doing so, you could be damaging the writing memory or something like that. I really want to stop it.

Resetting your phone won’t do it any harm. I used to reset my phone frequently, especially years ago when flashing ROMs was big. I don’t use that many apps so I can wipe and reinstall everything in less than an hour depending on how fast the phone does its thing. A reset does wonders for performance as you probably know. Same thing for TV streaming devices. People say they get slower after a while. Data, files and file fragments accumulate and system files get corrupted.
