      Show me a cockroach with the same quantity of meat on it as a shrimp, and I will eat that in a heartbeat. Don’t forget that the cockroach has to be easily peelable.

          Same here. In full honesty, even from an ethical perspective, they’re about as mindless as you can get and roughly on the same level as insects. They’re a perfect replacement for terrestrial mammal livestock.

          Easy to grow, lots of vital nutrients and protein, and much more sustainable then livestock.

            Well, insects are arthropods. I think they’re fascinating creatures, and they are far from mindless biorobots, but… Yeah, it’d be a lot better than industrial farming of mammals and birds.
