I ordered a Sapphire Nitro 7900 XTX from Amazon and it just showed up. It was very obviously already opened. The RGB cable bag was torn and there was no protective plastic on the card. I’m trying to decide what to do with it. There is no damage anywhere I can see, I’ve installed it and it works. It’s recognized as the right card so doesn’t seem like someone swapped the cooler onto another card or something.

Here’s some screenshots and pics:

Sapphire’s Trixx software ran a fan test and said all the fans are good.

Thoughts on what I should do? Are there any other things I should be super concerned with or things I should test? Is the performance for this where it should be?

If nothing seems super wrong (I’m going to stress it some) or there isn’t a good reason I shouldn’t just keep it I’m considering just asking Amazon for partial refund for it being open box. Otherwise I’d just ask for a full replacement. Thoughts?
