So i did a bit of tinkering with bios settings (msi b760 tomahawk) disabled UVP , set LITE to 9 (otherwise performance for some reason just tanks) , an offset of 0.1 and so far no crashes in either CB23 or my usuall games and i can actually hit the 30k mark now on cb23 (previously i would get anywhere from 28 to 29 with 100c) . all that being said the CPU PL setting is for 253 box cooler yet hwmonitor shows a draw of 290 ? how come with an undervolt it still draws more the the supposed limit .

also i noticed the cores 4 and 5 being able to clock to 5.4 in games only and never in CB23 even with temps not being close to 100c , is it normal ?
