My friend was working for one of the above English schools when he lived in Japan more than 10 years ago He said they would hear people who were Japanese of the staff whispering and hiding things from them secretively and that when he went drinking with one of the ex Japanese employees he said that the Japanese at the top who were the big bosses of the English schools would secretly laugh at the money they were making from the dumb foreigner and call the ALT Teachers octopus and said hiring the foreign ALT Teachers like “THROWING THE OCTOPUS”
They are real scumbags.
