I play beer league and am trying to get into better shape. I’ve watched this guy’s youtube videos and it seems like his programs would be pretty solid, but I’d rather not spend $150 on it and it turn out to not be very good. I’m mainly looking at his Next Level Hockey Training 2.0 program. I’ve been doing the Gary Roberts program, but wish there was more weight training since I don’t have a great base of strength at the moment.
