Hi guys, I was planning to get a new 4070 for my build replacing my old GPU, SO I BUILT THIS PC (Configs are given below) back in 2021 during the lockdown, My initial plan was to get a 3060 12GB(1200$ - price in my country 2021) in 2021, BUT due to the excessive-high pricing during the lockdown and Russian war. I couldn’t get one. As Planned, I got myself a 650-watt gold-rated PSU.

The problem now is that GPU prices have dropped, So, I’m planning to buy a 4070 (900$ in my country). But I don’t have enough money to get myself a new PSU. So, Is it really okay to use 4070 with 650 watts? A few YouTubers say it’s completely fine, and a few are suggesting a 750 or 850-watt PSU. But I really don’t have the budget for a new PSU. (i need at least 8 months to save up for a new PSU, as I’m buying the GPU with a loan). So WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In addition, I also wanna get a Samsung 980 pro SSD, And upgrade my RAM to 32GB = 16x2

I’m heavily broke, So can’t upgrade the PC parts altogether. So please give me suggestions about it.
