    But the states where it’s legal are benefiting from the taxes where the black market states are not.

    My dumbass state still isn’t even close to recreational legalization, and considering how red it is, would probably pass a bill re-criminalizing it even if it was legalized federally.

    There’s literally a century of data on the effects of prohibition and not a single shred of evidence to show it hass anything but negative effects.
