Create post always creates a new discussion.

You want to click the reply icon underneath a given post. It’s a similar icon to the reply button in the mail app. Then a reply box will come up, and after the reply box there will be buttons that say “Cancel”, “Preview”, and “Reply”. Hitting there reply button submits the response.
