    I’m appalled at the thought of microwaving chocolate, but I will admit I never tried.

    I put it in a bowl that fits neatly over a pan of water that’s on low heat. Chocolate doesn’t need to be heated much to melt.

      I used the microwave this morning and it worked great. I promised fast and easy, but feel free to work slower and steadier. It’s easy to burn in the microwave, for sure. Don’t heat it until it’s melted, heat it until it’s melty and then stir until smooth.
