Sure it has more requirements, but the effect is way stronger than an anointed procession. First of, you can have 4 of both. But also the trigger makes it go wider.
2 AP makes 4 tokens, while this plus an AP creates 2 tokens and then at end of turn 4 more (because 2 tokens entered the battlefield).
And it is not only creature tokens, so it even triggers on [Yenna, Redtooth Regent] creating enchantment copies. So definitely running this in my token creation commander.
