The House Judiciary Committee voted on Thursday to advance contempt proceedings against Attorney General Merrick Garland for his refusal to turn over audio recordings of President Joe Biden’s interview with special counsel Robert Hur.

You latched on “charges not recommended” and are ignoring the rest of the sentence that says the only reason is because due to Biden’s age and confusion, it’s unlikely he’d be found guilty as people would be sympathetic.
