A picture of papel picado, a traditional Mexican art form, along the street Miguel Hidalgo in San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, México. Interestingly, each piece of paper is advertising one of the local businesses on the street (presumably, that business was the one who put it up).

I thought this was a cool method of urban art and activating the street for people on foot, especially in a major tourist zone near the community center. Please let me know if this fits this community!

Yeah, it fits. The community guide is loosely defined on purpose, to collect more stuff that people find endearing within the cities.
