I bought a ayaneo air plus back in may. The very first day I got it, I was having issues with it (the screen wasn’t turning on and the power wouldn’t come on anymore after awhile) and I emailed them constantly throughout the entire time while they would only send me 2 emails a week. After 2 weeks of barely anything, I went to PayPal to file a dispute over them. Suddenly they wanted to start speaking with me consistently and said if I close the dispute, they would send a pick up vehicle and fix my device. After I closed the dispute (think I could just make another one if things didnt go right) they completely stopped talking to me for weeks. Tried to file a new dispute with PayPal and I wasn’t able to. I continued to constantly email them and finally they started to email me back again. They sent a pick up truck out but never provide me with the carrier or the label. They emailed me back saying they will send another one truck out and they will send a label (which they didn’t again) and they’ll repair my device. I told them in one of my previous emails that I wanted a refund instead of a repair after having a frustrating time dealing with them for so long. I ended up getting a email saying since I didn’t return it within a week, I couldn’t get a refund and can only get a repair. So basically I got screwed over by them and their lack of communication.

Never doing business with them again.
