I’ve read most of the arguments against Epic Launcher but one thing that nobody is asking or answering specifically is what is the reason for not publishing a game on Epic and/or Steam regardless of exclusivity?

In other words, Epic had some developers publish only on Epic for a period of time, but as far as I know, Steam doesn’t do this, so why publish on Steam only, when you can also publish on Epic and Steam?
