I just made a batch of Amer Boudreau, which is Jamie Boudreau’s version of Amer Picon. His recipe is closer to the older version of Amer Picon that had a higher ABV. Even after cutting down the recipe, I ended up with several liters. I won’t have to make it again any time soon
