I wash my blankets like once a week when they start to lose the fresh laundry smell but it smells so comforting to me to smell my own smell. However, if I go to my ex’s house and smell his blankets I’m literally gagging. We have kids together and I make them shower as soon as they come to my place because they smell like him. I don’t have any bad feelings towards him and we get along great I just don’t like how he smells at all.

When our kids are home with me they smell delicious like juice or fruit or just good.
