Escape,
:wq!Escape enters command mode
: prompts the command
W = write
Q = quit
! forces it
:what^C^C^C^Z^Z^C^ESCFFUUUUUUUUUU...deleted by creator
I remember that experience first time and how I had to kill the process from another shell :)
