I’m a parent of a 5 year old who received a diagnosis at 3. For the past few years, I have been a regular visitor at the autism parenting sub, but over the past few days some pro-Trump mods have decided to ban all discussions of politics - which meant no discussions about the impact that the American presidential election may have on the schools and therapy options for kids in the coming years. When I realized one of the mods who has been especially outspoken on this issue has anti-LGBT and anti-trans posts on the same account, I realized it was no longer a sub I wanted to read. But I will miss the lessons and tips I have gathered over the years from other parents. Does anyone here have a suggestion for an alternative for a parent?
