Are you running a beta os?
I’ve seen the same thing in that same post, and I’m on 16.6 beta.
Hopefully that’s something Apple fix in the next beta.
Oh yes, I’m on ios17 beta. Didn’t even think of that.
That’s why I only install the beta on one device. So my important apps still work on everything else.
This has been the only big bug I’ve found. The keyboard can be a little jank in messages but that’s it.
