Scattered debris from the crash of a Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort F-35 jet has those who live near the debris field in rural Williamsburg County feeling fortunate.
They’re pretty close to a death cult. Any sort of death is “God taking me home” and lots of them decline pretty basic medic care like blood pressure pills.
The only reason Christianity isn’t a death cult is they had to make the rule up that suicide gets you sent to hell, or else everyone that honestly believes in it would skip straight to heaven.

That was kind of my argument. If God takes you out: THEN, and only THEN you should feel “blessed”, as it’s a fast and convinient short cut to heaven.
But not hitting you with that plane just means more time waiting and suffering. (By their logic.)
