As far as I am aware there is no Microsoft store for Android, and anyway I bought the game on the Google Play Store, so why shouldn’t I be able to play it?

    I didn’t downvote you and I don’t know why someone else did, but the answer to your question is probably no, since DRM is specifically designed to prevent its removal.
