Until today, people still demonize fat. Ayan imbalanced tuloy sila sa nutrients. And stop buying low fat milk! Just buy full cream unless lactose intolerant ka.
Thanks sa last statement, muntik nako masaktan as a consumer ng low fat milk. Ahahahaha. Though switched to plant milks now kasi ayaw na talaga ng tyan ko sa cow milk.
Pero ayun nga, since ancient times naman nagko-consume na mga tao ng fat, lard pa nga eh. Kelan lang naman yang sugar.
