Bournemouth and USMNT midfielder Tyler Adams is expected to be sidelined until well into the new year after suffering a recurrence of a hamstring injury.
Adams had surgery two weeks ago and his expected recovery time is approximately five months, meaning his return window would be mid-February to mid-March.
The 24-year-old only made his debut for Bournemouth last month following an August move from Leeds United.
