I’ve switched to commuting by bicycle, and I’m about a month in now.
I haven’t lost a lot of weight, but there’s almost a fitness feeling in it. I’m looking forward to the trip before work, and then again at work thinking about riding home.
I’m a little lost on how much power I should be putting into the pedals versus the speed and rhythm I’m maintaining. I tend to downshift just to pedal faster at more enjoyable cadence.
