Honestly his biggest problem is the right wing, it’s clear to me as a neutral the team has no balance attacking wise. With Rashford playing almost as a second striker you need a winger that almost doubles as a right sided midfielder, I’d experiment with a 4-3-3 in possession, 442 (Maybe 4411) without, not sure if they have a player currently capable of that hybrid role, but it’s clear the team is out of balance
