The point is 10 pts is egregious. Over 19.5 in a stadium cost. It will probably come down to 3-6 in the end. But 10 for one charge is nuts

I might get downvoted but as an everton fan we spent stupid amounts before covid. This is due to a stadium issue. But bc we worked with the PL for years to get signings approved, had a nonce who we couldnt resell, and had an owner with his assets frozen, we have now been sent to our third relegation battle. When a comfortable finish looked possible it will be another stressful season on the cards. Im not arguing that efc did nothing wrong. Anyone who does should take their blue glasses off. Our ownership is shady and we deserved the punishment. Even though it clearly says its not a sporting sanction and so it should just not be a deduction, many of us would probably take 3-6 points.

10 is egregious when “no sporting advantage” was determined. Thats why we are angry. We deserve punishment. But after working with the PL for years this is absurd.
