Does Raya even play better? I don’t watch Arsenal’s games but I saw those memes making fun of Raya when Havertz doesn’t play, is it true?

Feels like almost always there is a player who draws interest from the whole world but then we see some random names, some make sense some don’t and then therebis nothing real happening till almost the end of the window. They should come back when there is really something to report instead of some marketing shit
